Committee meetings are held bi-monthly on Mondays prior to Club meetings at Patcham Community Centre. The Committee receive a monthly report from the Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer, discuss field safety issues and make arrangements for events/competitions throughout the year. They will also discuss any other issues affecting the Club.

The Committee arrange to see new members at these meetings to discuss membership and introduce them to the Club.
